How do I cancel my appointment?

Open the link in the appointment confirmation text message. If the appointment is more than 24 hours from now, you can use the cancel button to cancel. If the appointment is less than 24 hours from now, you will need to contact your service provider.

I don’t see the timeslot I want, why don’t I see it?

Timeslots are shown based on the service provider’s availability; they are also first-come-first-serve. If you don’t see the timeslot you are looking for, it’s likely taken or the service provider is no longer available. Contact the service provider for assistance.
