Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my appointment?

Open the link in the appointment confirmation text message. If the appointment is more than 24 hours from now, you can use the cancel button to cancel. If the appointment is less than 24 hours from now, you will need to contact your service provider.

I don’t see the timeslot I want, why don’t I see it?

Timeslots are shown based on the service provider’s availability; they are also first-come-first-serve. If you don’t see the timeslot you are looking for, it’s likely taken or the service provider is no longer available. Contact the service provider for assistance.

Can I customize my schedule on a daily basis?

Yes, you are able to customize your schedule however you want! Whether it’s blocking out times for vacations, cancelling a day because of a family emergency, or needing to cut a day short, imNext has you covered!

How long does it take to get started with imNext?

imNext is incredibly easy to use. When you sign up, you’ll be contacted by one of our customer success experts. You can start taking appointments the same day because it takes less than 10 minutes to set up your work schedule.
